"Where exactly is the unfed flame located in the heart? You have mentioned a term in your books but I am not quite clear about the location point where I should concentrate." -Manish
In India the Unfed Flame has been called the Jyoti, and can be felt a little to the right of the sternum. When someone asks, "Who are you" why do you instinctively point to the center of your chest? Because that is where the light from your Higher Self, the I AM Presence (Atman) is anchored. It is the location of the Anahata Chakra, which can be visualized as a six-pointed star surrounded by twelve lotus petals. It is here that the lower three and upper three chakras are united. To achieve mastery in the human body, all chakras must be purified of negative energy and past karmic tendencies, and look to this heart chakra for their supreme guidance. That is what it means to be a Living Christ, Mahasiddha, or Bodhisattva.
